What is a bear trap?

An accumulation of shares being sold short by bears trying to drive down the price of a stock. The bear trap occurs when the bears find they must repurchase the shares from an individual or a group at an artificial price determined by the seller. Does a bear trap kill animals?

The Bear Trap deals damage to, but does not trap, animals. The Bear Trap can damage Horses, but normally does not snap shut fast enough to catch their legs when moving. Killing a Citizen or Lawman with a Bear Trap does not attribute the kill to you, and will not give you a bounty.
